A short Taster of this traditional Chinese martial art.

If you’ve ever fancied trying Tai Chi, look no further.

We’ll introduce you step-by-step to the principles and practices of this fascinating martial art which provides a blueprint for healthy and harmonious living. You’ll hear about the principles and practices of traditional Tai Chi and you’ll make a start on the sequence of movements known as “the Form”.

Two new programmes have just started at our Earley centre.

If you weren’t able to make either class, just contact us and we’ll automatically send you details of the next one as soon as they become available.

Chinese Exercises for Health & Fitness

Gentle traditional Chinese Exercises for physical and emotional wellbeing.

Why not try one of our Chinese Exercise classes? You’ll get a gentle exercise routine which works the whole body and calms the mind.  And from Day One you’ll take away exercises you can do at home every day to help you make healthy living easier.

You don’t need to come along every week, either, just reserve a place on the days when you’re free.

These sessions are ideal for you if you haven’t done much exercise recently and don’t fancy anything too vigorous.  So, whether you’re recovering from illness or an operation, working shifts, or simply want to get fitter and healthier, why not join us?

We meet every Thursday morning at 10:00 in Arborfield Village Hall.
