Chinese Exercises or Tai Chi
Beginners’ Introduction to Tai Chi
A short Taster for those with no previous experience.
If you’ve ever fancied trying Tai Chi, look no further.
We’ll introduce you step-by-step to the principles and practices of this fascinating martial art which provides a blueprint for healthy and harmonious living. You’ll hear about the origins of traditional Tai Chi, and you’ll make a start on some basic exercises before moving on to the sequence of movements known as “the Form”.
Enrolment for our latest programme which began on 1st September has now closed.
If you weren’t able to make it this time around there’s no need to miss out.
Just contact us and we’ll automatically send you details of our next Taster as soon as they become available.
Weekly Tai Chi Classes
Intermediate / Advanced Students
Regular classes for more experienced students
Of course, if you already have some experience of Tai Chi, you can still join us.
Whether you’ve moved into the area recently, or you’ve had a lay-off for a few years and want to pick it up again, contact us for a chat so that we can help you decide what’s your best option.
Chinese Exercises for Health & Fitness
Gentle traditional Chinese Exercises for physical and emotional wellbeing.
Why not try one of our Chinese Exercise classes? You’ll get a gentle exercise routine which works the whole body and calms the mind. And from Day One you’ll take away exercises you can do at home every day to help you make healthy living easier.
You don’t need to come along every week, either, just reserve a place on the days when you’re free.
These sessions are ideal for you if you haven’t done much exercise recently and don’t fancy anything too vigorous. So, whether you’re recovering from illness or an operation, working shifts, or simply want to get fitter and healthier, why not join us?
We meet every Thursday morning at 10:00 in Arborfield Village Hall.
