Why not try one of our Chinese Exercise classes? You’ll get a gentle exercise routine which works the whole body and calms the mind.  And from Day One you’ll take away exercises you can do at home every day to help you make healthy living easier.

You don’t need to come along every week, either, just reserve a place on the days when you’re free.

These sessions are ideal for you if you haven’t done much exercise recently and don’t fancy anything too vigorous.  So, whether you’re recovering from illness or an operation, working shifts, or simply want to get fitter and healthier, why not join us?

Beginners’ Classes – Introduction to Tai Chi

If you’ve ever fancied trying Tai Chi, look no further.

We’ll introduce you step-by-step to the principles and practices of this fascinating martial art which provides a blueprint for healthy and harmonious living. You’ll hear about the principles and practices of traditional Tai Chi and you’ll make a start on the sequence of movements known as “the Form”.

These programmes run at various times throughout the year.  If you weren’t able to make our previous one in February, just contact us and we’ll automatically send you details of the next one as soon as they become available.

Weekly Classes – Intermediate and Advanced Tai Chi

Of course, if you already have some experience of Tai Chi, you can still join us.
