Chinese Exercises for Health
Why not try one of our Chinese Exercise classes? You’ll get a gentle exercise routine which works the whole body and calms the mind. And from Day One you’ll take away exercises you can do at home every day to help you make healthy living easier.
You don’t need to come along every week, either, just reserve a place on the days when you’re free.
These sessions are ideal for you if you haven’t done much exercise recently and don’t fancy anything too vigorous. So, whether you’re recovering from illness or an operation, working shifts, or simply want to get fitter and healthier, why not join us?
We meet every Thursday at 10:00 in Arborfield Village Hall.
Beginners’ Classes – Introduction to Tai Chi
If you’ve ever fancied trying Tai Chi, now’s your chance.
We’ll introduce you step-by-step to the principles and practices of this fascinating martial art which provides a blueprint for healthy and harmonious living. You’ll hear about the principles and practices of traditional Tai Chi and you’ll make a start on the sequence of movements known as “the Form”.
Our next programme starts on 25th October at 19:00 in Earley and runs until 13th December. To ensure everyone who wants to join us can get a place, we ask that you book in advance. So why not sign up now by clicking the button below. It’s easy!
If you can’t make it this time around, don’t worry. Just contact us and we’ll let you know as soon as we have details of the next programme.
Weekly Classes – Intermediate and Advanced Tai Chi
Of course, if you already have some experience of Tai Chi, you can still join us.
Whether you’ve moved into the area recently, or you’ve had a lay-off for a few years and want to pick it up again, contact us for a chat so that we can help you decide what’s your best option.
