Chinese Exercises or Tai Chi Training
Chinese Exercises or Tai Chi
Chinese Exercises for Health
Gentle traditional Chinese Exercises for physical and emotional wellbeing.
Why not try one of our Chinese Exercise classes? You’ll get a gentle exercise routine which works the whole body and calms the mind. And from Day One you’ll take away exercises you can do at home every day to help you make healthy living easier.
You don’t need to come along every week, either, just reserve a place on the days when you’re free.
These sessions are ideal for you if you haven’t done much exercise recently and don’t fancy anything too vigorous. So, whether you’re recovering from illness or an operation, working shifts, or simply want to get fitter and healthier, why not join us?
We meet every Tuesday morning at 10:00 in the St. Nicolas Centre, Earley, and every Thursday morning at 10:00 in Arborfield Village Hall.
