A new online Chinese Exercise class has been introduced for the Lockdown.

Starting on Tuesday, 12th January, at 09:00 we will be offering an extra weekly Chinese Exercise class.  So, whether you want to get fit after over-indulgence at Christmas or keep in shape during the Lockdown, why not give it a go?

The exercises provide low impact training which develops whole body flexibility and strength.  They are suitable for a very wide age range and different fitness levels.  Calming, and meditative, they aid both physical and emotional well-being.
