This class offers all the health benefits of a conventional Tai Chi class without the need to follow a lengthy syllabus or practise intensively between classes.  It’s ideal for people with health issues, balance problems, or just for anyone who wants to stay fit and healthy but has not done much exercise for a while.

In light of the recent announcement that “social prescribing” is to become an important part of GPs’ work, this could be literally “just what the doctor ordered”.

There is no need to enrol in advance or commit to attending each week; just come along when you want to and join in. Exercises are based around the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and related, centuries-old mind/body training patterns in order to cultivate energy and enhance general well-being.

Every Monday, starting 16th March, at 10:30 a.m. in Theale Village Hall.
