We are starting a new Chinese Exercise class soon in the Earley Crescent on Thursday evenings which will run from 19:15 – 20:15.  This will offer all the health and fitness benefits of a Tai Chi class without the need to commit to an intensive training programme.

These sessions, which will run weekly on a Pay-As-You-Go basis, are ideal for anyone who is looking to regain their fitness after a lengthy period of inactivity or who is unable to attend every week without fail.
